Registration Fee

• Registration, admission, or enrolment fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Once a student is registered, the registration fee cannot be transferred to another person or course.

2. Refund After Course Commencement

• If cancellation is requested within 7 days of course commencement and the student has attended no more than 3 classes, up to 90% of the course fee may be refunded.
• No refund will be provided after 7 days from the course start date or after attending the classes.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Failure to attend classes.
• Voluntary withdrawal from the course.
• Suspension or termination due to violation of institute rules.
• Change of mind after course joining.

4. Course Transfer Option

• Subject to approval, students may request a one-time transfer to another batch or course of equal value.
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing before the completion of 25% of the course duration.

5. Institute Cancellation

• If the institute cancels a course due to insufficient enrolments or operational reasons, students will be offered:
  • A full refund of the course fee.
  • Any applicable administrative charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days through the original mode of payment.
• Processing times may vary depending on banking procedures.

8. Refund Request Procedure

Students must submit:

• A written refund request.
• Enrollment /registration details.
• Payment receipt or proof of payment.
